Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Standard delivery typically takes 3-10 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or contact us at store@progressivechicago.org.

Production Locations: Printify works with production facilities worldwide. Your order may ship from the facility closest to your delivery address to optimize shipping times.

Service Interruptions: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you if there are significant delays.

Since our products are custom-made through Printify, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and quality. Please review the details below:

• Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to errors on our or Printify’s part. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preferences unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• How to Initiate a Return:
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 days. Replacement items may be offered instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, we’ll work with Printify to provide a replacement or refund. Please report issues within 5 days of delivery.
• Lost or Missing Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at store@progressivechicago.org. We’ll investigate with Printify and our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
