Returns Policy

Since our products are custom-made through Printify, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and quality. Please review the details below:

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to errors on our or Printify’s part. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preferences unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    1. Contact us at [support email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
    2. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if approved.
    3. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Progressive Dream.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 days. Replacement items may be offered instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, we’ll work with Printify to provide a replacement or refund. Please report issues within 5 of delivery.
  • Lost or Missing Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at store@progressivechicago.org. We’ll investigate with Printify and our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process and specify that you’d like a replacement. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, based on your preference.
