Shipping Information

We work with Printify’s trusted production partners to fulfill and ship your orders efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Order Processing Time: As our products are custom-made on demand, orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email once your order is processed.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
• Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Standard delivery typically takes 3-10 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or contact us at store@progressivechicago.org.
• Production Locations: Printify works with production facilities worldwide. Your order may ship from the facility closest to your delivery address to optimize shipping times.
• Service Interruptions: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you if there are significant delays.
